We are looking for CSE members to join one of the committees listed below. Committees present excellent opportunities to get more involved with the CSE, learn more about the church, and be instrumental in helping to move the CSE forward. Please note: you must be a member to join a committee.

The building committee handles maintenance, including the following, on an "as required" basis: work with the church sexton; inspect the building; coordinate building repairs; perform or arrange outdoor grounds maintenance.

From time to time the CSE permits use of the building outside of Sunday services for classes, workshops, and community events. This committee evaluates these requests and refers approved requests to the Board.

The Communications Committee manages communications to both the membership and the community, typically involving our services and events such as workshops, Psychic Saturday, etc. This committee also maintains the CSE website, creates flyers for upcoming classes and workshops, manages social media interfaces, and edits the weekly digest which is available to anyone who joins our mailing list. 

As a church we are completely self-funded and are always interested in opportunities to grow. We welcome members with talents in this area to improve and secure our financial resources.

The CSE Library includes many rare and out-of-print volumes which were recently reorganized. Help is still needed to take this collection forward so that members may check out books as desired.

This committee is responsible for maintaining up to date records pertaining to our list of members, and collecting annual membership dues. 

The CSE holds a Psychic Saturday event several times a year where readers donate their time and offer 15-minute readings to members and the public. Readers cover a wide range of abilities including mediumship, tarot, cartomancy, and psychometry among others. This committee schedules the event, recruits and organizes the readers, sets up online registration and payment for those interested in purchasing a reading, and manages the event.
