July 24 is our next ZOOM Friday Night Meditation Hour.
The CSE monthly Friday Night Meditation Hour is a FREE event held on the second Friday of the month via Zoom. We invite you to experience the calm power of group meditation energy and the wonderful feeling of having space and time away from disruptions, uncertainty, and fear. This meditation hour will allow you to replenish, relax, and rejuvenate. This event is perfect for those who seek a quiet refuge or have a keen interest in developing a regular practice of meditation.
Are you feeling stressed or out of balance – physically, emotionally, mentally, and/or spiritually? Are the events in the world and your own life causing you to feel out of control and unsure of what to do? Now is the time to join a meditation practice group.
Join us for a gentle, peaceful, easy-to-follow meditation where you will gradually develop the ability to gain inner peace. The sessions are designed to strengthen the practice of meditation. Many have found that group (even virtual) meditation can be more powerful and deeper than their individual meditation.
There is no fee. Donations are welcome.
